PAYMENT TYPES, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIANCE CAUSED BUT PRESENTLY WE ARE ONLY DELIVERING TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM.

Our delivery charge is £3.50 for all orders under £75.00 and all orders over £75.00 are delivered free of charge. All deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or an alternative carrier. All deliveries must be signed for. If there is no-one to accept delivery, it will be taken to your nearest post office, or if an alternative carrier has been used, back to their depot, for you to collect at a time that is convenient to you. A card will always be left to inform you that delivery has been attempted and instructions on what you should do to collect your parcel. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention Lingerie Lovers in order to pick up your package. All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents, or reference to our company. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

SHORTAGE
It is the responsibility of you to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier assignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortages must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

NON DELIVERIES
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescale. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timescale.

INCORRECT GOODS
Please notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must NOT open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

DELIVERY HANDLING SCHEDULE
We seek to despatch all orders within 72 hours by Royal Mail or an alternative carrier for delivery within 2-4 days.

BACK ORDERS
In the event that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to get your goods to you within a few days or up to 28 days. We do try to alert you of all out of stock items within our site, but at times their maybe an overlap. This is a rare occurrence, but should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to accept products or DVD’s that do not meet your expectations; we will only replace items that are found to be faulty.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.
To return a defective product, you must return the product within 60 days of purchase.
You should email our Returns Department at info@lingerie-lovers.co.uk and notify us of your intention to return the goods. We will supply you with a RETURNS NUMBER, which must be noted on your enclosed paperwork. Please include paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order including your returns number. Our Returns Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: DUE TO HYGENE REASONS ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE PLACED IN A SEALED CLEAR PLASTIC BAG, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS IF THIS HAS NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT.

LINGERIE RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or give a full refund on all lingerie (excluding postage and packaging) provided that they are returned to us in their original condition, packaging, unworn and unwashed and labels are still intact. Please ensure that briefs, thongs, teddies and swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been returned if it is apparent that this has not been done.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US BY E-MAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Please also note that Tights, Stockings and Bodysuits are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons unless faulty. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
