TERMS AND CONDITIONS
lingerie-lovers.co.uk provide its services to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and all of the policies incorporated by reference (“Policies”)
These terms and conditions together with the policies constitute the entire agreement between lingerielovers.co.uk and the user and supersede and cancel all prior agreements, claims, representations and understandings.
· You are at least 18 years of age and can lawfully enter into and form contracts under UK law.
· You have familiarised yourself with our Returns Policy and Shipping Information.
· You have read and understood the disclaimer.
· All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of any UK taxes
· You understand that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, lingerie-lovers.co.uk makes no warranties of any kind whatsoever whether express or implied, and specifically no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and in no event shall lingerie-lovers.co.uk be liable, whether in contract or tort for any damages to property or death or injury to any person of whatever nature and however or wherever sustained that arises out of or is in anyway connected with the purchase or delivery of any product.
· Where any condition or warranty cannot be excluded under applicable legislation lingerie-lovers.co.uk’s liability for breach of condition or warranty shall be limited to either (a) replacing the product; or (b) crediting the cost of the product to the user. In no event shall lingerie-lovers.co.uk be liable for exemplary, special or consequential damages or losses or loss of profits.
· Lingerie-lovers.co.uk and its logo are the subject of registered trademark application in the United Kingdom and may not be used in connection with any product or services that is not lingerie-lovers.co.uk in any manner that disparages or discredits lingerie-lovers.co.uk.
· The site or any portion of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by lingerie-lovers.co.uk.
· Lingerie-lovers.co.uk and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation if lingerie-lovers.co.uk believe that customers conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interest of lingerie-lovers.co.uk and its affiliates.
· The site may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. When ordering from lingerie-lovers.co.uk you are the purchaser of the goods and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to investigate and ensure that you can lawfully purchase the goods you order.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT – CLAIM TIME LIMIT
It will be you, the customer, to take full responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Making a purchase from Lingerie Lovers could not be easier. Just browse our extensive range and add any item that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have made your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to complete your order.
AT THE MOMENT, WE ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you, by your preferred communication method, first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
BACK ORDERS
In the event that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to get your goods to you within a few days or up to 28 days. We do try to alert you of all out of stock items within our site, but at times their maybe an overlap. This is a rare occurrence, but should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering.
COOKIES
We use cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time – if you do not accept cookies you will not be able to use the lingerie-lovers web site. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to “Tools / Internet Option / Privacy” and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
